Tell Us About Your Parts Project

Choose How You Would Like to Start

Choose a route to update the form and see the next step. If you are unsure, describe your project below.

Fields marked * are required. Share what you already have. A complete specification is not required for an initial inquiry; we will clarify any missing product or project details.

One PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB. For CAD files or larger folders, share a file link below. Tell us about confidentiality or NDA requirements before sending detailed technical files.

    More Project Details (optional)

Add the details you know. We can help identify the next manufacturer questions.

We use your details to review and respond to your request. See our Privacy Policy.

    A Simple Starting Point

Upload a PDF drawing or reference image, or share a link to CAD files and larger project folders. If your design needs confidentiality protection, tell us before sending detailed files so sharing and any NDA can be agreed.

    • Your idea or product: a description, photo, link, sketch or original drawing.
    • Application: vehicle make, model, generation, years and configuration, if relevant.
    • Custom details, if known: dimensions, material, finish, requested changes or drawings.
    • Quantity and destination, if known: a prototype, trial order or estimated production quantity.
    • Your request: a parts supply or wholesale quotation, an OEM/ODM or private-label project, or commissioned sourcing and order support.

For a universal product, explain the dimensions and application rather than forcing a vehicle reference. If fitment is undecided, tell us what still needs clarification.

Reference links and technical details are optional at the start. Include a project name and any available file revision so later factory discussions use the right information.

    What Happens Next

    Parts Supply & Wholesale

We review your parts, quantities and destination, then prepare a supply quotation with the proposed specification, MOQ, price, payment milestones and delivery basis. The accepted quotation and invoice identify the seller and sales terms before you place an order. Any separately requested development or other support is itemized.

    OEM/ODM & Private Label

We clarify your design or branding requirements, sample plan, tooling and development costs. The quotation explains whether production will be a GBPH supply order or a supplier-direct purchase with separately agreed coordination support. Drawings, samples and changes are approved before production.

    Sourcing & Order Support

We agree the tasks, deliverables, service fee and milestones before starting commissioned work. Supplier product costs, samples, tooling, freight and independent inspection or testing are identified separately. For a supplier-direct purchase, the product order remains with the named supplier.

The written quotation sets out the scope, inclusions, payment recipient and responsibilities for your chosen route.

Already Have a Supplier, a Quote or an Order?

Tell us the current stage and the specific decision you want help with. Useful starting information can be an existing offer, the latest drawing, sample feedback or a packing question.

    Explore Before You Send

If you have an existing product reference or your own drawing, use the RFQ preparation guide to organize your first message. For unfamiliar fabrication options, see CNC, sheet metal, welding and molding considerations. These resources are optional; a short inquiry is enough to start.
