How it works
From Your First Message to Factory Follow-up
01 · Share What You Have
Describe the product or result you want. A link, photo, sketch, drawing or vehicle model can start the conversation. Add approximate quantities and destination if known; mark the details still to be decided.
02 · Find & Discuss Manufacturer Options
We approach potential suppliers or factories, communicate your requirements and collect questions, proposed processes and available options. For a drawing-based part, we clarify what the manufacturer needs to assess feasibility.
03 · Review Quotes, Scope & Sample Plans
Compare the same product version and quantity basis. Review unit price, MOQ, tooling, samples, finish, packaging, timing and payment terms, alongside the agreed sourcing service scope and fees.
04 · Coordinate Samples & Revisions
We communicate your feedback to the manufacturer and track the drawing, prototype or sample version. You or your appointed reviewer approves the specification and the next stage.
05 · Production & Delivery Coordination
After approval, we follow agreed manufacturing updates, packaging and delivery arrangements. Changes and unresolved questions are brought back for your decision, with approved specifications retained for future orders.
Start at the Stage You Need
Already have a supplier or a prototype? Share the latest files, quotation or issue. We can scope a specific manufacturer discussion, sample revision or production follow-up task.
Project coordination
Supplier & Production Support
Alongside product sourcing and custom manufacturing, we coordinate communication with Chinese suppliers, clarify quotations and follow agreed sampling and production stages. Support is tailored to the project scope.
Supplier Research & Quotations
Research potential manufacturers, review their responses and compare like-for-like prices, quantities, tooling, lead times and commercial terms.
Samples, Packaging & Revisions
Coordinate manufacturer questions, sample feedback, approved changes, private-label artwork, kit contents and packaging details as needed.
Production & Inspection Coordination
Follow agreed factory milestones and supplier updates. When requested, coordinate an independent inspection provider; inspection and testing are separately scoped and quoted.

Quotes, Payments, Shipping & Order Support
Buying products and commissioning sourcing work create different payment and follow-up arrangements. Use the route stated in your quotation; for a custom project, it also identifies whether production is a GBPH supply order or a supplier-direct purchase.
Swipe the table horizontally on a small screen.
| What to confirm | GBPH supply / wholesale order | Sourcing & supplier-direct support |
|---|---|---|
| Seller & order documents | A GBPH supply order is identified by the accepted GBPH sales quotation and invoice. They define the product version, quantity and sales terms. | For a supplier-direct purchase, your product order is with the named supplier. GBPH’s service quotation defines the research or coordination work commissioned. |
| Service fees | The supply quotation states its inclusions. Any separately commissioned development, inspection coordination or other support is itemized. | A written service quote sets the tasks, deliverables, fee and payment milestones before work starts. Product and outside-provider charges are listed separately. |
| Product payments | Pay the beneficiary named on the accepted supply invoice, using its stated currency and payment milestones. | Pay supplier-direct product invoices to the supplier named on them. Pay GBPH only the agreed GBPH service invoice and any separately documented charges. |
| Samples & tooling | Sample parts, tooling or fixtures, revisions and sample delivery are itemized before authorization. Any later credit must be stated in writing. | Manufacturer sample and tooling charges are separate from the coordination fee. Agree tooling ownership, custody, access and permitted drawing use before commissioning it. |
| Shipping & handover | The quotation identifies the delivery term and named place, freight inclusions, booking responsibility and any buyer-arranged collection. | Agree who books collection and freight, who supplies packing documents, and who handles destination clearance and charges. Logistics-provider costs remain identifiable. |
| Order issues & after-sales | Contact GBPH with the order reference, affected items and quantities, photographs and batch or packing evidence. We review the issue against the accepted specification and sales terms and record the proposed resolution. | Raise the product claim with the named seller. Within the commissioned scope, GBPH organizes evidence and supplier follow-up. Any rework, replacement, credit, return freight or other remedy is documented with the responsible party before action. |
The written quote records currency, inclusions, exclusions, milestones and the point at which each charge becomes due. MOQ, production timing, freight amounts and the acceptance criteria depend on the actual product and order.
Changes to an approved drawing, sample, quantity or delivery arrangement are recorded with their cost and timing effect before the next stage. Compare project costs · Prepare an order handover
A Simple First Inquiry

Questions Before We Start
Can you start with an idea or photograph?
Yes. Describe the intended result and what you already know. We can help organize manufacturer questions; technical drawings or design work may be needed before custom manufacturing can be quoted or approved.
Can we find a manufacturer for your own design?
Yes. We can research potential manufacturers and coordinate their feasibility questions, quotations, prototype stages and production follow-up against your authorized drawings.
Who supplies the products and who makes them?
Manufacturers make the products. For a GBPH supply order, the GBPH sales quotation defines the supplied items and sales terms. For a supplier-direct purchase, your product order stays with that supplier and GBPH provides the separately agreed sourcing or coordination work.
Can you help with a small trial order?
Share your estimated quantity. Minimum quantities, sampling and tooling conditions vary by process and manufacturer, and are reviewed for the actual request.
Can we work with your existing supplier?
Yes. We can scope specific support around quotations, drawing questions, samples, changes, packaging or repeat production.

Know What to Review at Each Project Stage
Agree the output and the next approval before moving from one stage to the next. Select only the support your project needs.
| Stage | Useful project record | Next decision |
|---|---|---|
| Brief & supplier search | A consistent RFQ, capability questions and a shortlist with open points. | Which supplier responses justify a sample or further review? |
| Quotation comparison | The same drawing, quantity, kit contents and delivery basis, with charges itemized. | Which assumptions or costs need clarification before commitment? |
| Sample & revisions | The reviewed sample, dimensional findings, photographs and revision log. | Approve, revise or hold the identified version. |
| Production release | Released specifications, order quantity, packaging instruction and agreed checkpoints. | Who authorizes production and subsequent changes? |
| Packing & handover | Final item register, packing data, required reports and collection instructions. | Are the goods ready for the agreed handover? |

Carry Your Decisions into the Next Stage
Use a dated record when a drawing changes, a sample is reviewed or an order is prepared for collection. Identify the exact part and revision, the decision made, any open conditions and the person responsible for the next action.
Define responsibilities before commitment
When Independent Review Is Part of the Sourcing Plan
Factory selection and follow-up are only part of bringing an aftermarket component to market. Some decisions require qualified testing, engineering approval or an import specialist rather than a sourcing coordinator’s opinion.
Safety & Performance
Load-bearing racks, recovery hardware, steering or suspension parts may need engineering review, documented test conditions and an accountable product approval process.
Market Compliance
Electrical accessories, lighting, material-contact products and road-use modifications may have destination-specific marking, labelling and conformity obligations.
Import & Handover
Classification, duties, product liability, insurance, carrier terms and importer-of-record duties should be confirmed by the responsible buyer and qualified advisers.
GBPH can help organize supplier questions, evidence requests and coordination with agreed third parties. Testing, legal opinions, certification or customs representation are not implied in a standard sourcing inquiry. See inspection coordination or prepare your buyer records.
Have a Product in Mind—or a Drawing to Make?
Send a product link, reference image, drawing or a short description of what you want to achieve. Add an approximate quantity and destination if known. We can help clarify the next questions with potential manufacturers.
