This notice explains how GBPH 4x4 handles information submitted through this website and its sourcing inquiry form.

Information You Provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and a description of the sourcing or custom manufacturing project you want to discuss. Destination country and other project details are optional for the initial inquiry. You may also provide a company or brand, requested service type, product category or page of origin, reference product link, estimated order quantity, and vehicle or fitment details where relevant. The details you include should relate to the sourcing support you want to discuss.

You do not need to submit payment details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information in an initial inquiry. You may optionally upload a PDF drawing or reference image, or provide a file link. Inquiry attachments are sent with the form email and may be retained with related project correspondence. Tell us about confidentiality requirements before sharing detailed technical files; permitted manufacturer sharing and any NDA should be agreed before the relevant work.

How Inquiry Information Is Used

We use your message to understand the request, contact you, clarify requirements, and discuss the scope of possible sourcing support. The form sends your inquiry to our business email for review. Related messages and project records may be retained in our email and business records for responding to your request and handling agreed work.

If a project proceeds, potential manufacturer or independent-provider discussions may require relevant drawings, product specifications and project information. The information to share, permitted recipients and any confidentiality conditions are discussed within the agreed project scope.

Website and Service Providers

This website uses WordPress, Hostinger hosting, Contact Form 7 and security tools to operate the site and process inquiries. Hosting, form, email, and security services process information needed for their respective functions.

Website requests can also produce technical information such as an IP address, browser details, and request records. Hosting and security tools use technical information to operate and protect the website.

Cookies and Browser Settings

WordPress and website services may use cookies for site functions and security. You can review or restrict cookies in your browser settings. If additional tracking or marketing tools are introduced, the relevant information and choices should be updated here.

Buyer Tools and Drafts

The quotation planner and project brief builder let you organize information in your browser. Creating or downloading a draft does not submit an inquiry. If you choose to review a brief in the contact form, a temporary copy is held in the current browser tab to carry it to that form. A saved transfer older than two hours is not loaded. The saved transfer can be removed using the draft controls and is cleared after a successful form submission. Information you then submit through the inquiry form is handled as described above.

Keeping and Managing Records

Inquiry and project records are kept for responding to requests, carrying out agreed work, and handling related follow-up. The information required depends on the request and any resulting work.

You can ask to correct information or request removal of an inquiry record. We review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained for ongoing work or other applicable requirements.

Links to Other Websites

A reference product link or another external link may lead to a website operated by a different organization. That website’s own privacy information applies to information you provide there.

Contact About Your Information

Use the contact form for a privacy question, correction request, or deletion request. Identify the original inquiry and use the same email address where possible so the request can be matched to the relevant record.
